     Chile, just like others parts of the world, has been fighting against gender stereotypes, expanding the labour field for men and women in in areas that were inconceivable for each gender -a male nurse and an female engineer- and trying equalize remunerations, but yet it hasn’t been fully achieved, while is difficult see woman in leaderships positions. When I was a girl, I wanted be a doctor, a mathematic's teacher, an actress or a singer, but I never said to my family because I'm a little embarrasing and actually sang very badly. The idea of becoming a doctor was short-lived unfortunately for my parents, for them the idea were fantastic in this moment. When I started high school I said I wanted to study adminstration because I wanted to go to my brother´s high school, but they sent me to another one that supposedly would be better for me. Finally I liked administration of human resources, but in my last one year of high school I did not know what career I would want study. I thought in gastronomy, informatic, logistic and commercial engineering, but my focus were in social.
